Photo Of The Day: 22/06/2011 "body 10"




It is fashionable to care. Body sculpting, jogging, spinning, jogging, stretching ... I get tired just thinking about it. In any walk in our neighborhood, we can find Sports fans and healthy and cool style, sweating in order to be healthy and have a perfect body. Actually, I think very well, without carrying to extremes, but I share this philosophy. Some time ago I discovered the Dukan diet. You have certainly heard of it. It is based on protein intake, first alone, then combined with vegetables and finally, by adding fruit. There's really no-brainer. By eliminating fats, carbohydrates and sugars, is not so difficult to lose weight right?. However, what fascinates me are the various forms of gymnastics combined with dance. Aerobic, batuka and endless fun alternative for those who need an extra incentive to move the skeleton. Now that summer is approaching, I encourage you more than ever to get your body 10. That makes you feel good, without suffering, without crossing the boundaries of logic. Outdoors or in the gym, alone with your thoughts or music blaring. Enjoy a healthy, moderate exercise.

Eat healthy and be happy. You tomorrow.
