3 Questions to Ask magic that will close any sales agreement


What this means is that you're going to want to pick up the phone and call your prospect IMMEDIATELY. Why is it so important? Since the degree of responsiveness of your prospect shows toward you and your offer is directly proportional to how fast you call them after they asked for more information.

This is so important. Before you call them, near the time when completing the form, the better they are going to remember what they read and why they have completed the form. This is because of our cables are much more sensitive than most other cables, because we give you the ability to call before you have a memory lapse.

STEP # 1 - Identify the needs of your prospect

Please comment on the hot area in which they live only to bridge the gap, or break the ice and make them feel warm and friendly towards you.

NOTE: Now is when you want to ask them 3 relevant questions that will eliminate 90% of all objections and smoke screens that would otherwise arise at a later time. Remember, the purpose of these questions is to get your prospect to say: "I'm sick of my current situation and I want more from life what I found."

QUESTION # 1

"What kind of work do you do?" You'll want to ask them if they are working full time or part-time and if they like what they are doing.

QUESTION # 2

"Looking for something to replace what you are doing, or just something to supplement your current income?" Your prospect might say: "Well, I do not know yet. I have not even heard what they're doing?"

QUESTION # 3

"Let me ask you something Mr. Prospect. Can you see yourself in 5 years, doing what you are doing now?"

These questions are designed to get your prospect to tell you in one way or another, who are tired of their current financial status and want more from life. It 's very important that you get your prospect to tell you this with their mouth BEFORE you take the next step. If done properly, is dissipating most of the objections that most people give because they were not interested in their needs.

STEP # 2 - qualify your PROSPECT

Do not hesitate to let your prospect know that you qualify him or her. Let them know that you are taking them through a series of steps to determine if they meet your standards.

I always let my prospects know that I am part of the fastest growing company and the reason is because we have systems and tools that make people successful in business. Another reason is because we are very selective about who joins our group and we are sure that everyone who joins is dead serious about changing their financial situation and are willing to do anything to make it happen.

That said, you simply tell your prospect that you're going to give them a bit 'of information on activities. Now it's time to shine. Give them the presentation of power hitting.

After the presentation power you are ready, it is time to ask your prospect if this is something you would like to know more about (and 99% of them will just say "YES", if you ask properly.)

That this point of wanting them to address a conference call, web site or any other medium that may answer more of their questions or get them signed.

What you say next is VERY VERY IMPORTANT. You want your prospect of a commitment that they are going to make that call so they say, "You can make that call now?"

The purpose of this question is to see how your perspective is motivated. Remember that qualifies them to this point. Let your registration activities make the final presentation to your prospect. If they tell you can not call right now, then ask them when they are about to make that call. Tell them you're just looking for a few good people and expect to find in the next 24 to 48 hours. This gives a sense of urgency to offer your business.

End the call by saying: "Great, I'll call you at (time fixed) later today. We feel then."
These are the steps to turn prospects into team members. Follow them and you will see your success ratio going up and up. I've tried hundreds of different methods over the years and this works much better than anything I've tried them all.
